Novadell is southern living  at its best, perfect for the young and the young at heart. With its serenity and unsurpassed beauty, you will find it hard not to adopt the Novadell way of living.  Novadell was developed on 830 acres with a Kentucky farm theme, white fences, barns, lakes, beautiful fountains and a sea of wheat rolling in the wind. "The Links at Novadell" is the crown jewel of this development. Underground utilities and restricted home sites ensure that nothing takes away from the natural beauty of the area and pure enjoyment of Novadell. Imagine yourself experiencing the panoramic view from the Novadell clubhouse while enjoying a delicious meal and drink after a round of golf on this wonderful golf course. Just follow the signs to each one of the courses. With its grand opening on Feb. 15, 2002, Novadell has quickly become one of the western Kentucky's premier golf courses.  The Links at Novadell is conveniently located in Hopkinsville, KY and is just minutes from I-24 and Clarksville, Tennessee.  The 6,886, par 72 layout is situated on beautiful rolling farmland, offering championship golf in peaceful natural surroundings.  Open driving areas, tall natural grasses, strategically placed pot bunkers and winds that blow across the farmland give this course a "Links" style, unique to Western Kentucky.  This Kentucky golf course also has the area's most comprehensive practice facilities, which include a 10-acre driving range, an 8,000 square foot putting green and a practice bunker.  The Links at Novadell Golf Course offers a great golf experience rich in the heritage of golf and unsurpassed in southern hospitality.

In 1913, the W.B. Anderson family, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, purchased the then closed Acme Mills from a group of local businessmen that made custom metal signs headed by George Dalton.  The Andersons expanded and reopened Acme Mills featuring "Veribest" Flour, which was shipped to all parts of the United States.  Veribest Flour was called "The Whitest Flour in the World" long before the slogan was made famous by the call letters of the Acme Mills' radio station - WFIW.

The local radio station, WFIW (Whitest Flour in the World) was reputedly the second station to be opened in the state of Kentucky.  At the time WFIW opened, W.B. Anderson, Jr., age 35, was president of Acme Mills. He was regarded as one of the youngest men in the country to head such an operation.

Hal C. Fifer, A German immigrant in the employ of Acme mills, developed and patented the whitening process of Acme's flour.  The process was patented under the name "Novadell".

During the depression, Mr. Anderson purchased the first of two farms from New York Life Insurance Company.  Known as  excellent farms for the growing of wheat, he appropriately called the farms Novadell.

In 1997, Mr. Anderson's sons Billy, Bobby and Phelps sold Novadell to a local group of investors who owned a large house numbers company, who proceeded to develop it into a golfing community.  Although many different names for the project were considered, "Novadell: and "The Links at Novadell" proved to be the unanimous choice and continues to enhance the rich tradition of Christian County history.
